Finals can be stressful and overwhelming for students. That’s why it’s incredibly important for students to know how to manage their stress during this time of year. Partnering with the Wellness Center, Career Services is hosting a session on self-care in both their academic and career journey! This is a great chance for students to learn how to recognize the signs of burnout and what steps they can take when they start to feel overwhelmed.

We’ll also cover the campus resources available, along with strategies for managing stress and burnout throughout their career development.
