Student Senate Meeting Minutes

President Garrett Rotzien called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Special Request: Por La Cultura Club ($410)
- They are looking for money to buy food, films/movies, decorations, prizes, and arts and crafts for their events this year.
- They are a very active club, with typically 30 students showing up to each event.

- They are looking for money for their event, Hmong New Year, which is taking place tomorrow. Last year they ran out of food, so they are wanting to get more food this year. They are requesting money specifically for food for the event.

- They are looking for money to go on their Spring Break Ski Trip to West Yellowstone in Wyoming. More specifically they are looking for money for gas to commute, hotel rooms, and trail passes.
