Experience a flavorful cultural experience during International Education Week! Join us Thursday, Nov. 20 at 6:00 pm in room #114 of the International Center (The Heights Bldg.) as SMU’s Polish students present Bite of Poland: A Cooking Demo & Tasting.
Students will showcase how to prepare krokiety, thin savory pancakes filled with a variety of ingredients that are breaded and fried. Watch the demonstration, learn a bit about Polish culture, and best of all, sample the delicious results.
Whether you’re curious about Polish cuisine or just love trying new foods, this is the perfect way to celebrate culture, community, and international flavors on campus.
