Payment Processing Schedule Adjustment – Thanksgiving Holiday week
Due to the upcoming short week over the Thanksgiving holiday, we will not be processing payments to vendors or refunds the week of November 24, 2025. Payments due before December 5th must be submitted and approved in Chrome River by noon on Wednesday, November 19th. Anything approved in Chrome River by noon Wednesday, November 19th will be paid on Friday, November 21st. No payments will be processed the week of November 24th.
The regular payment schedule will resume the week of December 1st, with anything submitted and approved in Chrome River by 10am on Wednesday, December 3rd being paid on Friday, December 5th.
