Chrome River Updates
Our vendor recently informed us that the Chrome River Snap and Chrome River mobile applications will be retired on November 30, 2025. To continue managing expenses and approvals from your mobile device, please download the new Emburse Enterprise mobile app. This new app combines all the features you already use with a more modern, secure, and user-friendly experience. Key benefits include advanced security with biometric login, faster AI-powered receipt capture, and a single consolidated app for expense and approval management.
Important Notification Update
Effective November 30th, email notifications will no longer provide the option to approve invoices and expenses directly from the email. You will continue to receive reminder emails about pending approvals but all approvals must be completed by logging into Chrome River.
Going forward, notifications will also appear within Chrome River and in the Emburse Enterprise mobile app. This update helps improve security and streamline the approval process. To stay up to date, please check your Chrome River dashboard regularly or enable push notifications in the Emburse Enterprise app.
