Fiscal Year 2025-26 (FY26) department budgets have been finalized and loaded into the Nest.

The FY26 budget, approved by the Board of Trustees in May, has been loaded into our systems and is now available to budget managers via the Nest. The final budget version incorporates data from the Zero-Based Budget Process as well as changes to funding sources and resource allocations required to decrease the annual operating budget deficit as directed by the Board of Trustees.  Thanks to all who have worked to adjust their budgets towards a more sustainable financial future and to Amanda Magalhaes, Sr. Financial Analyst, for the countless hours managing and organizing the data into the final budget.

Please note that all budget managers are responsible for the fiscal management of their department(s) and are expected to monitor revenue and expenses on a regular basis throughout the year.  Fiscal responsibility also includes: Spending University funds wisely, carefully reviewing all expenses before approval, coding expenses to the appropriate account, prioritizing expenses on mission and department critical needs, and contacting the Business Office as you find discrepancies or have questions regarding your department budget(s).

Thank you for your past and continued stewardship of University dollars!
