Dear Colleagues,
We hope that you are having a wonderful summer. Please mark your calendars now for this year’s University Convocation, to be held on Tuesday, August 26 from 8:30am – 3:00pm.
The morning program, featuring remarks from President Father James Burns, IVD, Ph.D., will take place in the Page Theater on the Winona campus and be live-streamed to the University Center at the Minneapolis campus. Following a provided lunch, campus-specific events will take place at each location for the remainder of the day.
Some offices and areas must remain open to make necessary preparations for the beginning of the academic year. With this in mind, all full-time faculty members, academic administrators, program directors, unit-level leaders, and academic services staff are expected to attend at their designated campus unless excused by their supervisor. All other full-time staff members should also plan to attend unless otherwise instructed by their supervisor.
A reminder with the final schedule for the day will be sent closer to the date.
