President Maggie Newhouse called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Resolution 008: Residence Hall Appliances
- Talking about appliances
- E Board settled on $5,000 for a buffer
- Only for maintenance costs that weren’t considered at the beginning
- Based on what maintenance needs and what they need to replace in the dorm
- The next position will oversee the summer projects
- Any other money will have to be requested and at the discretion of the E Board for next year

Ali French, Vice President of Student Affairs
- Res Life event tonight from 8-9 pm in the Skemp Kitchen, celebrating Earth Day
- Baseball hosts St. John’s on Wednesday at 2:30 and 4:30
- Baseball hosts Wisconsin-Superior on Sunday at 2 pm
- Last day of classes is this Friday April 25th
- Finals start April 28th through May 1
- If you are not a senior, make sure to look for the email from your hall director for checking out of your dorm. If you need to stay longer on campus, make sure to fill out the form. Undergrad students must be out by 12pm Friday, May 2nd
- Seniors, make sure to fill out the form for staying on campus longer for graduation, and look for more emails with details on that from Res Life. Graduating seniors must be moved out by 12pm Sunday, May 4th
- Graduation is May 3rd at 11 pm in the gym

- We raised around $153 from fundraising this year!

- We have raised $162 from fundraising thus far this year. Our last fundraiser will be this Friday at Plazapalooza selling alcohol from 7-9pm! Cash only.
Seniors
- Nothing to report.
Senator Concerns:
- When is Senior Day?
- Bingo on Thursday night
- Field Day with all sorts of activities after the senior luncheon on Friday
- Waiting to send out info until everything is finalized
