Since the next pay period for staff ends on Friday, December 27 when our campuses will be closed for the Christmas break, please make plans to submit any time off requests and timesheets so that they are approved and received in the payroll office no later than Monday, December 30 at 10am. Employees who are not scheduled to work over the holiday break are highly encouraged to submit their timesheets and time off requests at the end of the work day on Monday, December 23. Approvers should make plans to review and approve time off requests and timesheets by the payroll due date of December 30. Due to shortened payroll processing time during the week of New Year’s Day, all timesheets and time off requests must be submitted by Monday, December 30 so that they may be included in the January 3rd payroll.
