Summary: Countdown to College, Saint Mary’s summer bridge program run through the First Generation Initiative Office, is hiring planning assistants to help with day to day tasks of planning this two week summer camp. Tasks include typical clerical works (answering emails, making phone calls, filing paperwork), but also planning specific tasks, such as booking travel and planning field trips and off campus events. Planning assistants do not need to commit to being a summer counselor, but will have the opportunity to serve as one if they please.
Commitment: 5-10 hours per week
