Employee Payroll Portal/Greenshades Update

In recent correspondence from Saint Mary’s Human Resources Department, it was noted that after December 31, 2024, Saint Mary’s will no longer be using the Greenshades employee portal for benefits management. Please note that even though employee benefits will no longer be managed in Greenshades, there will be no change to how we utilize Greenshades for timekeeping, time off requests, paystubs, direct deposit updates, and tax forms. Employees will still use the My Payroll link in The Nest to access Greenshades and paystubs will still list bi-weekly deductions for benefits elected through our new benefits platform.
