Each year, the Student Success Center, in partnership with the Office of Admissions, gathers data to enhance our retention strategies for the incoming class. This information is compiled into a White Paper and shared with the college community. We encourage you to review this data and apply it to your work to better engage with these students. By tailoring your lectures, assignments, events, and other interactions to meet the specific needs of this class, we can directly influence their retention. Remember, retention is a shared responsibility!
