This fall, the Winona campus beverage (Pepsi) and snack (Chartwells/Canteen Services) vending machines are going cashless. Consistent with Chartwells food service venues, the vending machines will also no longer accept cash. Cash sales represent a very small percent of current sales and almost all vending machine service calls and malfunctions involve issues with the dollar and coin mechanisms.
If a customer experiences an issue when making a vending machine purchase, please contact customer service as indicated on the vending machine. Please note that you may be asked to leave a message including your name, phone number vending machine ID number or location and the issue. All vending payment transactions are handled by our third-party vending partners and not through university payment processing.
