POSTING ON BEHALF OF THE MINNESOTA HEALTH LITERACY PARTNERSHIP
We at the Minnesota Health Literacy Partnership are excited to announce the Alisha Odhiambo Health Literacy Scholarship Program, now offered to students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees at accredited Minnesota colleges and universities during the 2024-2025 academic school year. The $10,000 scholarship is funded by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and administered by the Minnesota Health Literacy Partnership in honor of the late Alisha Ellwood Odhiambo who was the founder and first chair of the Minnesota Health Literacy Partnership. Applications open on August 1, 2024, and close on August 31, 2024.
The mission of the Minnesota Health Literacy Partnership is to improve the health of all Minnesotans through clear health communication. The Partnership is a program of Literacy Minnesota, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that connects people to transformative learning, sparks innovation in literacy, and mobilizes change.
