Countdown to College, Saint Mary’s and FGI’s academic summer camp for high school students, is currently happening on the Winona Campus. We have 52 students from Montana, Arizona, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. Campers return to the program for four summers during their high school career and eventually earn 7 undergraduate credits from Saint Mary’s. The program is made possible by the generosity of our FGI and C2C benefactors.
On Friday, July 26th, we invite the entire Saint Mary’s community to celebrate the accomplishments of the campers during our annual poster presentations and art gallery in Aquinas Hall. We have 5 graduating seniors presenting their work from their B100 course, scattered throughout the main level (2nd Floor) of Aquinas Hall. In Aquinas 212, we have 19 freshmen displaying their artwork in a pop up art gallery. Please join us for both of these wonderful displays of academic progress from 10:30am-11:30am. Picnic in the plaza to follow.
