The Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology team is excited to welcome Dr. Elizabeth Fleming as the newest member of the Program’s Core Faculty!
Dr. Fleming has contributed to the Psy.D. Program for many years, first as a student and most recently as an Adjunct Professor teaching courses including Vocational Assessment & Career Counseling, Personality Assessment, and Consultation in Counseling Psychology. While Dr. Fleming may not be teaching this summer, she remains busy supporting students reviewing dissertations, completing mentorship and taking on current students as advisees.
Beyond her work with Saint Mary’s University, Dr. Fleming has a wealth of experience as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist. Conducting assessments of individuals, teams and organizations, she has utilized evidence-based practices to develop comprehensive leadership plans and advance organizational initiatives. The Psy.D. team is incredibly excited to work alongside Dr. Fleming and know that her academic and professional experience will be a tremendous benefit to the program as a whole.
