What classes are offered in Spring?

As the university changed its SIS platform to Jenzabar over the summer, the process for viewing course offerings is different for this registration season.

1. Log into the student portal, “The Nest” – https://student.smumn.edu/ 
2. Click on “Student” 
3. On the left side of the screen, click on “Registration” 
4. Under the “Student Registration” section: 
   1. Ensure you are in the correct term for the courses you wish to view 
   2. Click on “Course Search” 
5. To view all courses, simply press “Search Courses” without adding any filters. If you are looking for a specific course, use the filter options. NOTE – You do NOT have to use all the filter options at once! 
   1. Course Code: You can use just the letter of the code or the entire code. For example, of the course below, you can type “B” or “B212”.
   2. Course Title: Filter options allow you to search with the beginning, end, exact title, or a keyword. 
   3. Instructor: Search for instructor – start typing their name and a drop down will appear. 
   4. Department: Search the entire department – start typing the department and a drop down will appear. 
   5. Location: Select Winona Campus
   6. Meets on Selected Days: You can select one or multiple days of the week.
